Shipping

All shipments are F.O.B. Carson, CA or Greenville, NC. We will ship the most economical way possible unless otherwise specified.

Sales Terms And Conditions

For first time customers and orders under $1000 payment by credit card or certified check is required. Net 30 terms are available for orders greater than $1000 upon our approval of your signed credit application. Overdue accounts will be assessed a 1.5% finance charge monthly.

Return Policy

Claims for defective merchandise or missing parts must be made within 30 days. No credit will be issued without prior return authorization number from our service desk. There will be a 15% restocking charge for customers returning merchandise without having a manufacturer’s defect. When merchandise is returned a copy of the authorization must be attached to the piece in order to identify it and the problem with it. ~ When deducting amount for returns, the Return Authorization number must be quoted.
