Adoption is simple. Just register your Freddy's unique serial number, located on the brass plate found on Freddy's lower right leg to make it official and we'll send you a certified adoption certificate signed by the author. It includes the "Every Once Upon A Blue Moon" certification stamp which is embossed in beautiful metallic foil. Take a few minutes to fill out the form below to receive your certificate.

To receive your certiifcate by mail you'll need to include a small shipping and handling charge of $7.50. Or if you prefer you can choose to print your own certificate after registering your Freddy!

IMPORTANT: If you have just purchased your chair online, you cannot register your Freddy for adoption until you take possession of him. Please visit the adoption area after you take possession of your new Freddy.
